Return for Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or to Filson Credit. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.
Purchases made with Filson Credit must be refunded to Filson Credit. We cannot refund a purchase made with a Filson Credit to another method of payment. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift returns will be refunded either as Filson Credit, or as a refund to the original purchaser’s payment method. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.
Filson provides prepaid return labels exclusively for the contiguous United States.
Filson cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.
For purchases made on Filson.com, use our easy return & reorder process. Simply return your original product using the return label in box and place a new order. If you would like assistance, please contact us. Our Customer Service team would be glad to provide you a return label and assist you in placing a new order.
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please fill out the Return Slip included with your shipment, and return the item to our warehouse. If you are missing your return slip, please contact our Customer Service department. We are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels to our international customers.
